Piece of shit for running into the guy and not owning up...pieces of shit for covering it up and waiting for the statue of limitations to run out.

Reminds me of the RCMP officer who killed a motorcyclist and then left the scene, so that whether he was driving drunk would be called into question.

Oh, and William "Bill" Gillespie does exist.
