I used to live in Atlanta....many were very cool and laid back but I ran into a few that were not.

Well the cool ones moved away. The plus side is we have enough crime to keep APD busy that they never take radar within the city (except interstates but GSP does that).

Being it happend on BLVD, odds are the cop thought she was slinging rock (and highly likely in that area).

Perhaps someone threw some shit out their window during a pursuit or something and he was scanning for it?

Maybe he was ghost ridin the whip to connect with the younger generation.
