Wolf and his lawyer, Vernon Bradley of Sausalito, Calif., are targeting BMW of North America and Corbin-Pacific, the maker of the seat, in the suit, which seeks damages for lost wages, personal injury, medical expenses, product liability and infliction of emotional distress.

This is one of a few urologic medical emergencies and needs to be taken care of right away. Could he have some sort of nerve damage, thats entirely possible.

Interesting, I know a few years back there was a lot of work with nitric oxide in ED.

All an erection is is the shaft fills with blood and is not released back into the circulation. When the veins dont open back up is when you get a priapism. We see it in our ER since we have a lot of pts with sickle cell disease.

Just to give you atime frame we had a guy who developed a phimosis (when the foreskin doesnt retract) well h eleft it for 2 weeks untill everything that was exposed shriveled up and died. We called urology to come in because this budding rhodes scholar decides to come in the middle of the night. they look at it says theres not much to do and snipped it off.
