Times every residence by 10 and you'll have your number.
Or count the cars. Here in KC, the bottoms, or little Tijuana, almost every house has 5 vehicles in front of it. Unlike Americans, they know how to carpool, so if thee are 3 cars left, there are probably 12 people living in the house, not counting wimmin and chillins.
