Yeah, what is RDT&E?
The way AA works is you have to have a certain # of minorities in relation to how many minorities live in your area. If your city is 10% minorities and the company is following AA, they are only
required to have 10% of the workforce as minorities. Well, that's the super summed up version, but you get the idea.
