Because, very obviously, those who would carry out an attack on an aircraft will succeed or fail based on their own competance, not anything TSA does. So why put the American people throught the extra worthless bullshit that is TSA if they're not doing any more good anyway? A non-TSA rent-a-cop would at least be less intrusive while he doesn't accomplish anything. TSA makes women drink their own breast milk while they don't accomplish anything.
