Not to mention refused to prosecute cases where it was obvious that an important white person was involved.
Not surprised that this happened in the Memphis area, that place is a shithole and still extremely segregated. Its only redeeming factor is that it sits on a major fault zone --- Hopefully one day it will be wiped out.
