How the fuck is Michigan not at the top of the list? Or has the entire state just been evacuated?
I can see Georgia there because all of our major cities have a horrible crime rate. Athens (University of Georgia) has a huge rape rate but it gets covered up because parents would be scared to send their daughters there and the only reason the guys go there is to bang the skanky UGA girls, which would shut the school down.
