Chernobyl, Bhopal, BP Gulf disaster all avoidable if the government agencies involved did their duty? Maybe. Maybe the corporations involved should have taken more action and maybe the regulators should have made certain they did. Who made who?
I just have zero confidence in government agencies effectiveness. Are
we safe? Or do we want to feel safe?
