Mine is in a right-of-way for a future hiway. Been that way for 5 years
It was put on hold 3 years ago because the DOT ran out of money...and I can't sell it because I have to disclose that it's in the ROW so no one will BUY it.
Just hoping I don't get the splintered shaft on it from the state when it DOES get purchased
