Yeah, I'm struggling with the concept of being smart enough to cure cancer, but yet too fucking stupid to back up your data.
I just thought it would be ironic if they really were on to something, and some self-serving thief looking to sell a stolen laptop for $50 were to have deprived mankind of the cure.
It's kind of the classic biblical tale of self-destructive human behavior that's the stuff of movie scripts...
