Your assuming games are rated the same in the UK.
And I wouldnt stop a child from playing CoD just because the game case says I should. 7-8yo, ya, a little too young. But theres nothing wrong with a 13yo playing an FPS.
Its not a parenting fail. Its a government fail for trying to tell us what our kids can and cant play, when it should be up to the parents. Besides, the kid playing CoD 'underaged' isnt the problem. The idiot who was old enough to play is.
