I am sitting in a Community Corrections Center in MA where I work as I type this. This is not the exception or the extreme as some would have you think. These parasites are sucking the life out of MA (Grew Up here but Moved to NH) The Entitlement Mandate that is here MA i why the rest of New England call the MA the State of Despair.
