What's your limit?

Ice or snow will keep me off the bike no matter what.

Other than that, it's dependent on what I'm doing.

Commuting - I'll cage it if it is raining when I leave or I know for a fact it's going to be raining on my way home.

Going on a trip - Rain doesn't bother me at all, so it's just ice and snow that would keep me home.

Heat/cold doesn't really bother me all that much. We get 105F here in the summer and I still ride and I've seen 15F in the winter here and still rode.
