One of the girls I used to work with just came by the house. She just got fired too. They did her the same way they did me. She's not had the first write up in three years, then 3 in two weeks....all bullshit. The three strikes you're out rule applied.
Sucks that the owners of this place that I first thought were good people are punting people out the door over bullshit that they should have never been written up for. I also found out they're giving an employment reference of "not eligible for rehire" for everyone who's been fired or quit and may be why I haven't gotten a fucking job yet! Grrr....!!!!
