first off yeah this guy sounds like an idiot... if he's talking about a ninja 250 going REAL fast
 ... also the valve adjustment could be an easy fix, and you should do it yourself (170 is a huge ripoff).1200... idk say you have 1000 cash and see where it goes. but be cautious on this one, doesnt seem like the best deal considering you could probably find a clean one for around 1500
