Its genetic, the diet doent help in some cases though. Funny thing is the ones withthe worst luc with heart disease are bangladeshi peeps. One of them comes in with chest pain they ALL get worked up and admitted. Seen several of them in theire 20's and 30's having heart attacks and they look healthy.
