All the real extreme edp's go to the g building at kings county (the one that made the news for someone dying on the waiting room floor) but if they walk in here we can take care of them. We do have some sort of restraint policy but we work around that if need be or just keep pumping the haldol and ativan. We had one guy here who thye had snowed in the Er for 3 days till he got a bed on the psych floor.

A free wall and an nailgun are a lot cheaper.
Of course, the combative, resourceful ones would rip out of their clothes and be running around nekkid starting shit.
