it has two modes, push to talk and voice activated. So it could do as CEO states and as you state.

I had one about 8 years ago. The voice activation would trigger all the time from wind noise. If you guys go with this system, get the $7 little chin curtain and save yourself a lot of grief.

Or maybe they're better now...
