those are the rally lights.... I think. if so... no not street legal as they're not fluted (spelling) to direct the light... they're just designed to put light out front in off road enviroment

get a pair of H4 lights... (dual hi/low) then get the HID... trust me... THOSE ARE FUCKING BRIGHT. or... just ask anyone who rode in front of me to indy...
