NC Dealer doesn't think gear is necessary

Okay honest question,would you all be so up in arms if the guy had been on a Rebel 250? Be honest. The reason I ask is that it doesn't look like the guy is exactly flying or anything in the pics. A slow cruise is a slow cruise regardless of what bike you are on...

But hey, as long as you're going slow, it won't hurt when you hit the ground, right?
