I loved Nicks as far as power and handling goes. You just need to learn to abuse the bike in its rev range, instead of looking for rpm's that arent there. It was way too tiny for me, but the thing was on rails and very effective for what it was used for.
I agree, my rc51 had a better motor too, but I still loved the 12. |

How you can say the 1125 isn't impressive astounds me. But...at least you gave them a try.

My feelings too. I'll be looking hard this summer for an 1125 to try.

The 1125 i think revved to 9, but i was mainly unimpressed in which the way the power came on. No power until 4.5k and i hammered it a few times and it didnt seem to pick up hardly at all. Just like rex was saying drop a TL motor in and they would be a blast

And ive ridden a few 600's ehh i would rather have a cbr 6 than the 1125.Although with all the negative i have to say about the 1125, it just needs a different power plant in my opinion eveything else was great. ________ Subaru Impreza Wrx Sti History Last edited by Antwanny; 03-14-2011 at 06:52 AM.. |

Power doesn't really kick in till 4.5K, but pulls all the way till 10.5K I feel that the power is decieving. Comes on so smooth that you don't realize that it's there. It makes more power than your TL (i think?) Not sure how the Tq measures out. Glad you gave it a chance though. I do understand about the XB though... I have probs with short RPM's too. |
