I think it must be legal for the most part. Otherwise it wouldn't be on there... its stock HD.

As far as the highway pegs on the nite... they are a must for me with mid controls.

The chrome on it... well there is only a few parts of chrome... the highway pegs, engine bar, and pipes. We may change that next winter... but not now.
