How many miles do you go before you change your fork oil?

Being my 10's fork oil has probably never been changed in 23 years and 39k miles, its likely due to be done.

I didn't see that when I bought mine. But I also have stupid SV forks so it may not matter much. I did put a much heavier weight oil in mine.

Twice a year.

I'd guess that is every 1200-1500 miles.

I plan on doing mine at 10k miles...with Ohlins.

I had mine done last year, so it was around 12,000 miles. I don't know what kind of oil was used, but Vesrah seals and bushings were used.

On the street bike: probably not often enough, but I don't really push too hard on the street. I'll do it once every 10-15k miles.

On the race bike: About twice a year, which, with 8 race weekends, 4 races each & 10 track days per year, works out to roughly once every 500 miles. I know some guys that do it after every race weekend.... I don't have that kinda money, even w/ the new financial "aid" I'm getting
