Its been a POS since i bought it.
I get one thing fixed for about 20-30min then something else goes wrong.
I actually thought i had it done this time though

^^^No dude in neutral it idles at 1300RPM..let it sit 30 seconds (warm with no choke) the idle will just go up 500 to 1800 then come back down slowly. Its strange esp. with no idle air control motor.

sounds like maybe the tune is off.

I've owned many Kawis and rarely had any problems. Hondas are known for regulators and cam chain tensioners. Kawis are pretty bullet proof, but the EX250s and 500s are pretty old tech.
