When these elite firms stop requiring that people have certain degrees from certain Ivy League schools in order to get hired or get promoted, then we can talk about how the degree itself is supposedly to blame.

When you can't get an engineering/science degree, you go business school. Doesn't really surprise me that people with the lack of mathmatical skills to pass engineering fucked up the numbers game.
