How do you know he did that? because the guy that ran him over said so? there's a reliable source....and who was the witness? the guys wife...

The guy driving and his wife...that would be witnesses....all it takes it 2.

I'm just saying everyone can take sides and argue but not one of us saw it or knows anything more than what some guy wrote in the paper. And we all know the news is always 100% accurate.

Okay, here's where I lower even the lowest opinion of me... I've done exactly what this guy is accused of doing in the past. Mostly when idiots are tailgating me on the freeway. Now in my defense, I drop it in second and am prepared to gas it if necessary but a stupid maneuver none the less.

The only time a brake check truly works is with stock car racing restarts. Any other time it is better to kick em on the way by or fling up the old proverbial pocket full of bb's as you pull away...

Too true, brake checking cars/RVs/Semis on a motorcycle is fucking retards. It's not just going to be a minor fender bender like in a car. Give em a good ole kick to the sheet metal if you got that much of a problem with them or a nice big spit like Rider suggested..

Cagers have pizzed me off before and I have flipped people off and I'm sure I'll do it again BUT one has to be ready for the possible consequences when doing this and performing a brake check while on a bike is about as ignorant as it gets imho.
