Possibly the bolt layout on the inner diameter? It is also quite possible that the original brake rotor had a defect which they corrected and gave it a new part number.

well the front wheels on both models have the same part number, so i would have to assume the bolt pattern would be the same(not being a smart ass, i just now looked it up to see) so bolt patterns must be the same, outer diamater is the same, so i'm thinking they will work?
