70ish here. Rode even though I shouldn't be since my chain is bad.

I have an 05 Aprilia Tuono and an 02 SV650.
More power than the SV, less the then Ape. More fun to ride than either of them. This bike is the most practical street bike I've ever owned. I had no problem hanging in the twisties today with wife in tow and full of luggage. It's not as fast or nimble as the aprilia, but it's not supposed to be. The soft suspension kinda bugged me out at first. Only because all I've ever ridden is sportbikes and am used to being firmly planted. Once I got use to the movement I actually enjoyed feeling the motorcycle move under me. Kinda cool. Last edited by SteveP; 10-17-2009 at 09:12 PM.. |
