I had mine when I was 35.
I bought it because I didn't want a back breaker, but a nice grand touring bike. Not sport touring, but grand touring. It was GREAT, and IMHO one of the most perfect bikes I've ever owned. It had the right amount of power (not too much, and not a slouch) and didn't scream to get there. I loved that bike the most of any I've had. And I absolutely loved the color combo and accents. ![]() However...it's the one and only bike that attracted so much attention it made me nervous to ride it anywhere. And when I say anywhere I literally mean ANYWHERE. I could never let it out of my sight....when I did it was surrounded by unsavory people "looking out" while admiring it. I got rid of it before it vanished.

I am 38 now, and bought my 08 when I was 36.
I rode a bus in Montreal in 2000, and have wanted one ever since.(I was 28 at the time). A buddy of mine just bought an 05 and he just turned 39. Most of the guys around here who have them are over 35, and are 6'+ 200lbs+, and are lazy riders that don't want to rev the piss out of a bike to get any power.
