A* SMX-4, they make for both men and women. Mine are silver and black. Absolutely the most comfortable but do make it hard to touch as I can't flex my ankle as much. Just something to consider for the wife since she is already vertically challenged.

she loves 'em and wears them much more than I wear mine. I usually just throw on my combat boots.
