Funny, potentially sad - but 12oz or less of 4~5% required stomach-pumping? Sounds like a bit of a silly over-reaction, at first glance anyway.
Hell, many times I have heard the story about the time I was about 3 & helped myself to a big gulp from a can of beer at a bowling alley.
