I think a better question might be "how many States would WANT to flaunt that?"

And yes it's full of Mexicans which the greatest plus side is some of the food they bring along with cheap labor. Can't beat that with anything from Canada, home of pushing a flattened bowling ball across ice and Wayne Gretzky.
