One of my reasons for trying to get down a little extra early, i'd really like to get the suspension set up correctly.

I haven't been to the gym as much as I would like the past few months so I've dropped to around 167.

I'm more like 168 right now because I haven't been to the gym as much regularly. If I completely stop working out and everything for 6 months or so, I bet my weight would drop to like 150.

OK.

I'm heading out for the track in NH and may not post before I head out for TN...

SEE YOU FUCKERS AT THE GAP!!!!!

folks like drewp, rae, trip, nts, ambly, whoever else might go, etc... my number is:

five oh eight - eight six eight - oh four oh four

in case there are any updates/changes to the plan.. text me your numbers so we can all keep in touch.

I still plan to arrive at the gap midday thursday. Where I lodge wed night is still TBD. I'd like to get all the way to knoxville but we'll see.
