Is that the choke lever the bowl gasket surrounds?
At first glance it looks like you circled it as if to say "Look HERE".

Well, it is sorta perty. Yeah, I just set the o-ring down first, and the "choke assembly" , (technically it's just a fuel dump valve, as opposed to a choke) fit in it, so...it had to go somewhere. Fresh rubber bits are due in on Friday, should be on the road Saturday night. JC
