Gee, the states with the most affluent people, the biggest cities, the best research institutions, the best arts & entertainment destinations etc. have the highest gas taxes. This is news?
I certainly would have expected flyover states to have low taxes. What does a state like Wyoming or Iowa need a lot of money for? Their population density is zilch, and most of it is farmland. Last edited by Homeslice; 05-17-2012 at 07:22 PM.. |
