its one or the other here, we either have highly motivated people or useless POS types. Were a state facility too so its not like they will get fired anyway.

Ah see, we're private. They implemented a policy to fast track out as many low priorities that should be at an urgent care facility as quickly as they can without violating EMTALA. From a business standpoint, the system is actually quite well done and has done an excellent job of relieving some of the congestion and wait times in the ER.
