Do CTRL-Print Screen; then open MS Paint, and Paste. Save it as a .jpg, then you can upload it/post it.

PrtScrn or Shift+PrtScrn. Open up an image editing programme (Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and paste it as a new image. Save it under whatever file name you like.
