Sorry I have proof. We had some Katrina refugees put up at the DC Armory and they said they were scared to go out because of the neighborhood.

I have lived in Detroit, DC and NO and I guarantee that Detroit is by far the most dangerous city in the US, right now. Even the Mayor was a gangster!
