All the liberal states are getting hammered. Who'd a thunk that running so many programs and spending so much every quarter would ever get you into hot water?

I'm not a fan of taxing it either, but it's a lot easier to sell to politicos if it can represent a source of income.

Even without taxing it, think of the money you'd save on enforcement.
