Yes and you could always make out double. With my last cage speeding ticket i was doing 14 over. I took the plea deal which dropped both points off of the ticket, and moved the ticket from 14mph to 4mph, as long as I paid the $130 plus court fees. Then I got to the judge, and told him what happened, and he drives that same stretch of highway trap every day. He dropped my fine from $130 to $20.
