No, you only go through the tunnel to get into the infield. There are actually 2 road courses at Pocono that are inside the tri-oval. I've only done the "east" course. Part of it goes down the backstretch that the NASCAR stock cars run on. I did the East course last year. The pavement is pretty rough.
