Hmm, maybe the ACLU can now bring a suit about them violating this man's rights, with malicious prosecution.

I am AMAZED that this judge was able to realize the incongruity that exists when law enforcement seemingly videotapes EVERYTHING WE DO...but then whines, complains, and even maliciously prosecutes people when the camera is aimed at them.

The law applies to EVERYONE. Kudos to McDonald for "getting that".
